The staff here are very helpful and friendly, providing great customer service; the room has a comfortable bed, a well-appointed bathroom, and a cozy lounge area with a writing desk and chair.

A great hotel, not only for 1 night but also as a base for excursions in the surrounding area (e.g. the Pyrenees, the wine villages, cultural explorations in the region, etc.). The breakfast and the kitchen in general were excellent. Every morning you will receive a personal message overview to your room (even in German). At the reception desk you can get all the information you need, useful information for sightseeing in Pamplona, which is about 5 km away.

The room was clean and well-decorated, with a private bathroom and a bonus bathtub, while the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and bars, making it a great choice for me.

A nice hotel on the edge of Pamplona. Very good breakfast (by Spanish standards), friendly and helpful staff, nice spa and a great room. To get to the city center, it is best to order a taxi, costs about 11 €.

Fine hotel in a beautiful park. Above average friendly staff. Exceptionally good food.

The hotel was in a good location, not far from the centre, AP15 road junction, and local food outlets. The room was terrific with a comfortable king-sized bed.- The breakfast was nice.

The location was easy, near centre, the hotel's restaurant, and AP15 road junction. The place had a comfortable atmosphere. The facilities were outstanding and the breakfast was fantastic with good coffee and toast, for instance.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was horrendous.

The rooms are unique and airy with perfect views and a terrace. The beds are very comfortable.- The location of the hotel is good and beautiful, close to local food outlets and restaurants.

Great front desk help. Place is clean and free parking is great. Bathrooms excellent.

Wifi is not free in the room. Only 30 minutes free in the lobby. 10 Euro per day for wifi. Really? Swiss-owned hotel chain. You can feel the difference between them and Spanish owners. The Swiss think they deserve more for less because they will give you better quality. Not so. Gym is a joke. Everything costs. They nickel and dime you.

This place has a wonderful and beautiful location right by the city center, housed in a unique building.

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a lovely area, so close to an industrial park as well as a better restaurant. The breakfast meal was incredibly nice with yogurts and All different fruit juices and pastries.

The bed was extremely hard.
