my stay was amazing as it was only 15 minutes from the bustling city center and conveniently situated near wonderful parks like Monte Ezcaba, perfect for a leisurely walk or a bit of nature exploration, which I absolutely loved.

Relaxing stay with furry friends

Our stay felt so welcoming! The cozy room had all the essentials, and I loved the dog-friendly amenities, especially the special doggie menu. The staff went out of their way to make both us and our pup feel at home.

While the location was peaceful, it was a bit challenging to find, and we struggled with limited nearby dining options. The restaurant was closed on a Sunday night, leaving us without a convenient dinner choice.

The character of the hotel is truly charming, with

the spacious setup and comfortable bed greatly enhancing our stay. I particularly appreciated the large TV and the dog-friendly amenities. The staff was extremely helpful, making for an excellent experience overall. However, the shower could have used some attention.

luze el toro is a fantastic spot for dog owners! it’s only 5 minutes off the motorway, making it super convenient. the separate dining area for dogs was great, and my dog loved the special doggy dinners. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us.

I had a really frustrating experience with the noise from a group of guests who were incredibly loud at 2-3 AM, and the reception staff did nothing about it. Additionally, the dog area was poorly maintained, which made me anxious while walking my dogs. The lack of air conditioning during the early part of June made our stay uncomfortable. the room was too hot, and the staff's changeover date for cooling seems out of touch with guests' needs.

It was just a strong match for a short stayover in Berrioplano with good value considering price it charged. The continental breakfast was decent and helped kickstart my day. Consider bringing snacks as nearby dining options are pretty limited.

The spacious room offered a comfortable bed with extra fluffy pillows, and both the decor and cleanliness were impressive. Dining at the hotel was a treat. the roasted meats were particularly delightful, and I enjoyed meals that were cooked to perfection. However, the wifi was a bit of a hassle since I had to re-login frequently, and parking space was limited during peak times. Lastly, the noise from other guests at night made it challenging to sleep soundly.

However, the room left much to be desired. peeling ceilings and stained furniture detracted from the overall comfort, as did a shower that barely worked. Dinner was a disappointment—mediocre starters followed by a poorly cooked steak with soggy chips, which soured the evening.

Awesome place with great WiFi, a cozy restaurant, and cute staff. On my first stay, they brought me a cold drink in the heat. Highly recommend trying the dog tapas if you visit!

The entrance was beautiful and the service was outstanding, making us feel very welcome. We appreciated that they opened the saloon just for us to dine with our dogs. Breakfast offered a great variety, which was a nice surprise to start our day right. I also loved the spaciousness of our room. it really added to the comfort of our stay.

The dog area at the back was slightly overgrown, which could use some attention.

Loved the immaculate room, excellent shower, and cozy outside terrace for drinks! Had a kind gesture with an apple at check-in.

What a delightful surprise this place was! I enjoyed a fantastic buffet breakfast with plenty of options, and the evening meal was excellent too. Only downside was the water temperature in the spa wasn't quite right. I'd definitely return!
